Welcome to MissionVet AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our VA disability claim document generation service. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By using MissionVet AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our service.

MissionVet AI provides:

• AI-powered generation of VA disability claim documents
• 8 specialized document types to support your claim
• Document delivery via email in text, PDF, and Word formats
• Educational resources and guidance on VA claim processes

What We Do NOT Provide:

• Legal advice or representation
• Medical diagnosis or treatment recommendations
• Guarantee of VA claim approval or specific rating outcomes
• Filing services with the VA
• VA accredited representation

3. User Eligibility

To use MissionVet AI, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a U.S. military veteran or active duty service member
• Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the service for lawful purposes only

4. User Responsibilities

Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Reviewing generated documents for accuracy before submission
• Verifying all medical and service information
• Ensuring compliance with VA requirements

Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the service to commit fraud or misrepresentation
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise our security systems
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Reverse engineer or copy our proprietary technology
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Resell or redistribute generated documents commercially

5. Payment Terms

Pricing

• Each document type is priced at $10.00 (subject to change)
• Prices are clearly displayed before purchase
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD)

Refund Policy

Exceptions may be considered only for:

• Technical failures preventing document generation
• System errors resulting in non-delivery of purchased documents
• Duplicate charges for the same service

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights

MissionVet AI and all associated content, including but not limited to:

• Website design, layout, and graphics
• Software, algorithms, and AI technology
• Logos, trademarks, and brand materials
• Document templates and formatting

are owned by MissionVet AI and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

Your Rights

You retain full ownership of:

• Personal information you provide
• Generated documents delivered to you
• Your VA disability claim submissions

You may use generated documents for personal VA claim purposes only. Commercial redistribution is prohibited.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service "As Is"

Our service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MissionVet AI shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or use
• VA claim denials or unfavorable decisions
• Delays in VA processing
• Third-party errors or actions

Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MissionVet AI, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• False or fraudulent information you provide
• Your VA claim submissions

9. Data Security and Privacy

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• Input validation and sanitization
• XSS and injection attack prevention
• Email verification and validation
• HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
• Secure payment processing through Stripe

However, no system is 100% secure. You acknowledge that you provide information at your own risk. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

Our service integrates with third-party providers:

• Stripe: Payment processing
• SendGrid: Email delivery
• OpenAI: AI document generation

These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their actions, failures, or policies.
